Refund & Returns Policy
At Brookings By The Sea, every product is made to order and fulfilled through Printful. Because each item is custom printed just for you, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores. You will never need to physically return any item to us.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll make it right. Email us within 30 days of delivery at brookingsbythesea@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipment required.
Wrong Size or Change of Mind Because each item is custom printed on demand, we’re unable to accept returns for incorrect size selections or change of mind purchases. Please review our size guides carefully before ordering.
Lost or Undelivered Orders If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered received.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
